Energy Register classifies the supply points on a pasted list against a published dictionary and reads, from the words on each line, the supply, the meter, the tariff, the kWh and the contract end, then names findings and quotes the duties the ticked regimes attach to each line. It is a reading of your own lines and a quotation of the duty. It is not legal advice, an assurance opinion, an emissions inventory, an assessment of any site, supplier or tariff, or a recommendation to enter, leave or change any contract. Your energy manager, your finance function and your auditor decide what the regimes require of you and what your reported figure is.

Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are given on request within 30 days of any charge. We may change prices with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

The clause text and evidence guidance quoted behind the duties are licensed content and may be used within your organisation for your own energy and reporting work. They may not be resold or republished. The dictionary of site classes, supplies, meters and tariffs, the country table and the duty table are ours.

The service is provided as is. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim. These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia.
